Your Events Assistant
Danilla, our Events Assistant, will be managing flights and accommodation for the trip. She'll be in touch with each of you directly to arrange this — no need to book these yourself.

Flights to and from Melbourne are being arranged by Danilla on behalf of each attendee. Melbourne Airport (MEL) is the arrival point.
Danilla will be in touch with each of you directly to confirm your travel details and organise transfers to Crown Metropol.
Passports
Check your passport expiry well ahead of time — many carriers require at least six months' validity from the date of travel. Renewals can take several weeks, so it's worth checking early.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is your own responsibility and is strongly recommended for all attendees, including domestic travellers. Cover for medical costs, cancellation and lost luggage is a sensible minimum.
Some credit cards include complimentary travel insurance when flights are booked on the card — check the terms, as conditions and exclusions vary.
